I’ve come a pretty long way since September 2022! The beginning of the school year started out a little rough, since I was recovering from knee surgery. Lots of physical therapy and crutching around the school! One highlight of that semester was definitely my photography class with Mr. Chase. I think I can kind of use a camera now… 

One of my absolute favorite memories was Christmastime at Shining Light! We got to drink hot chocolate, eat cookies and read Charles Dickens. Spring has been a little bit of a whirlwind this year, with tennis, my brothers sports, school etc! Changing water is the main event of my life currently, along with math. Two of my most favorite things ever!..not.. This second semester I learned how to manage my time better, which has been so nice! I’ve really learned a lot this year, school-wise, and also about myself.

I’m so grateful for all the opportunities and memories I’ve had this year. I have mixed feelings about school ending.. it’s a little bittersweet. I’m excited to see what the rest of the year brings.
